Some queried whether the situation would shift after LEGO acquired Merlin, thus regaining control of the parks and Discovery Centres. It seems this change is closer than ever, as LEGO is currently testing VIP point availability at a LEGOLAND Discovery Centre in New Jersey, in the American Dream mall.
