Brickset Публикувано Юни 14, 2019 Share Публикувано Юни 14, 2019 Things are well underway here at Brickworld Chicago! Today I’ve participated in a LEGO magic trick, learned about how LEGO was used in a university classroom, watched LEGO boat races, and more! Of course there are hundreds of terrific MOCs to see, some of which I’ll highlight in a later article. I happened to stop by the LEGO Games area today, where LEGO is offering attendees the opportunity to play the new LEGO Towers game as well as LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed. LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed involves sets pulled from the archives. Adam and Kay from GameLoft, and Edgaras from LEGO Games, walked me through the game this afternoon. I have to say it’s very cool and I can’t wait to be able to download and play it. To support the launch, LEGO has sent along about a dozen sets straight from the vault in Billund to be here at Brickworld Chicago. All original sets, and for some of them, it’s the first time out of Denmark. I’ll post all the pictures to flickr. The quality isn’t the best, but it’s what I can do with a camera in an iPad. Regardless of how you feel about the games, I think all AFOLs would be interested in seeing these classic sets (they’re all behind glass, so don’t even think you’ll be able to touch them!). If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth checking out. © 2019 Brickset.com. Republication prohibited without prior permission.
