[RSS]: See you in Skærbæk?

The biggest and one of the best LEGO fan events in Europe takes place in Skærbæk on the west coast of Denmark this weekend.

Around 1000 AFOLs from all over the world descend on the small town, some 80Km from Billund, for a long weekend of displaying, seminars, presentations, workshops, games, shopping, trading and of course socialising.

The weekend kicks off on Thursday at The LEGO House in Billund at which there'll be a special event for AFOLs. During the day there will be presentations from designers and at 16:00 CET there will be a "Live stream LEGO Ideas" which I'm guessing could be the announcement of the next set, or the results of the next review period. Whatever it is we will report on it here.

It will be the 5th year that I have attended and I'm very much looking forward to meeting old friends and making new ones. In particular, it's always good to see our US correspondent MeganL there: it's the only time we get to meet up.
