Unfortunately it does so without announcement or fanfare so it can be difficult to know when they are added and what they are. And, because they are just chucked into the bins with all the old parts, it's difficult to actually find them, too. I am indebted, then, to Markus who posted a picture of three minifigures made using the new parts in the Brickish members Facebook group a week or so ago, so I knew what to look for in my local store this morning.
