I particularly enjoy Sam Grizzled and the criminal Hacksaw Hank. Both minifigures are available together with 60273 Elite Police Driller Chase. This outlandish set undoubtedly departs from traditional City models which may disappoint some LEGO fans, although its unusual subject matter interests me and the police car seems remarkably distinctive.
