That’s not a lotta money, huh? I personally am of the kind that never got the really big sets as presents during the holidays, so this price range is not very unfamiliar to me at all. Because not everyone is as rich as others, just being located in this price range makes a set a good present on its own. But I won’t drag on for any longer, let’s jump straight to my pick. In my opinion, the best set from this year that’s under $25 AND would make for a great gift during the cold season, is 40424 Winter Snowball Fight. The Seasonal theme has been offering us these small minifig-scale vignettes for various times of the year for a while now, but the winter/Christmas-themed ones have always been my favourites.
